What you will do

• Oversee all initial claim generation and submission processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain clean claim rate targets above 95%.
• Lead clearinghouse edits and rejection management through detailed root-cause analysis.
• Standardize billing workflows across the organization.
• Partner with coding, credentialing, and payer teams to optimize revenue cycles.
• Manage and lead both onshore and offshore billing teams, including managers and supervisors.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of revenue cycle experience with a specific focus on billing operations.
• Strong knowledge of claim submission, payer requirements, and denial management.
• Proven experience managing both onshore and offshore teams.
• Familiarity with billing systems such as Tebra or similar platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.
