What you will do

• Handle parts and shipping logistics via ERP, maintaining communication with clients and field engineers.
• Manage field team travel, expense budgets, and serve as point of contact for logistical needs.
• Generate quotes and sales orders, tracking progress to ensure high service levels.
• Own customer communications through Salesforce, Slack, and other tools, managing ticket queues and workflows.
• Collaborate with operations for replenishment and streamlined supply chain.
• Support product development by assisting with planning, resource allocation, and progress monitoring.
• Identify operational improvements and implement best practices for efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in operations coordination, administrative support, or similar.
• Great communication skills, including client emails.
• Strong organizational and time management skills for high-paced multitasking.
• Interpersonal skills for cross-department collaboration.
• Adaptability to changing priorities in fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, ERP, Salesforce, and project management tools (Asana, Monday, etc.).
