What you will do
- Provide day-to-day administrative support for the procurement team, including vendor and customer correspondence.
- Review and process purchase orders and maintain compliant procurement records.
- Monitor order statuses and delivery schedules to ensure timely receipt of goods.
- Coordinate with suppliers to resolve delivery or invoice issues.
- Collaborate with contract and pricing teams to ensure invoice accuracy.
- Ensure adherence to internal procurement procedures and regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or procurement support role.
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be based in Salinas, CA.
- Unable to offer work sponsorship.
