What you will do

• Perform site surveys including visual observations, utility identification, measurements, photos, and telco equipment location determination at remote FAA facilities.
• Execute site preparations using electrical, construction, and heavy equipment skills, including manual digging and lifting up to 75lbs.
• Coordinate directly with FAA personnel and compile field data into databases.
• Prepare detailed written reports, input task data into systems, and submit expense reports promptly.
• Work independently or in teams, leading or supporting dynamic tasks.

Requirements

• US Citizenship required for public trust clearance.
• Knowledge of general electrical installations including critical power runs.
• Ability to obtain Tower Climber and Rescue Competent Person certification (towers 100-300ft).
• Valid Driver’s License required throughout employment.
• Moderate to heavy physical activity: lifting 75lbs, climbing, crawling in confined spaces, outdoor work in variable weather.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reports and communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with heavy equipment like excavators and skid steers.
• Background in telecommunications equipment and grounding.
• Prior work around critical operational equipment.
