What you will do

• Perform engineering, design, maintenance, and installation of telecommunications and electronic systems.
• Manage RF communication systems including MF, HF, VHF, UHF, SATCOM, and Radar.
• Develop and review engineering drawings and provide red-line corrections for "as built" configurations.
• Conduct complex tests and experiments using critical test equipment and prepare detailed test reports.
• Extract and compile engineering data from field notes, manuals, and lab reports.
• Assist in design modifications by analyzing operational failures and identifying data gaps.

Requirements

• Active Secret (or Interim Secret) Clearance.
• Associate degree in engineering technology OR completion of USCG or DOD Technical “A” School.
• Minimum six (6) years of experience in maintenance and installation of DOD or USCG Command, Control, and Communication Systems.
• Must be eligible to work in the US due to government contract and clearance requirements.
• Ability to perform physical duties including climbing ladders, standing, and bending.
