What you will do

• Provide technical and administrative support to the on-site Senior Project Manager and construction team.
• Manage the RFI (Request for Information) log and process, ensuring timely responses and distribution.
• Coordinate submittal and shop drawing reviews between construction teams, engineers, and architects.
• Conduct detailed quality control (QC) inspections and document progress against specifications.
• Organize final documentation, O&M manuals, and turnover packages for project closeout.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager role on large commercial or industrial projects.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical drawings.
• Familiarity with RFI and submittal management processes.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with data center, mission-critical facility, or industrial construction (e.g., semiconductor, pharma).
• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam Revu, or similar construction management platforms.
• Knowledge of Uptime Institute Tier Classification, TIA-942, or ASHRAE thermal guidelines.
• Familiarity with critical facility systems such as UPS, PDU, generator plants, and CRAC/CRAH cooling.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
