What you will do

  • Own identification, development, and qualification of new enterprise customer opportunities with a New Logo focus.
  • Proactively target named and white-space accounts through outbound activities, executive engagement, and partner collaboration.
  • Drive early-stage opportunity creation and handover to Enterprise Account Executives for full deal execution.
  • Build relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers and orchestrate discovery conversations on business challenges and security priorities.
  • Position hirify.global value proposition, leverage partners and marketing to generate pipeline, and apply MEDDPICC sales methodology.
  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation in Salesforce and gather market/competitor insights.

Requirements

  • Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken, are mandatory
  • Proven success in enterprise new business development or hunting roles
  • Strong understanding of complex enterprise sales cycles
  • Excellent communication, discovery, and executive engagement skills
  • High self-motivation, resilience, and ability to collaborate in a matrix organization
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and structured pipeline management
  • Willingness to travel extensively for prospecting and customer engagement
  • Legal authorization to work in Germany without sponsorship

  • Cybersecurity or enterprise software sales experience
