What you will do
- Own identification, development, and qualification of new enterprise customer opportunities with a New Logo focus.
- Proactively target named and white-space accounts through outbound activities, executive engagement, and partner collaboration.
- Drive early-stage opportunity creation and handover to Enterprise Account Executives for full deal execution.
- Build relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers and orchestrate discovery conversations on business challenges and security priorities.
- Position value proposition, leverage partners and marketing to generate pipeline, and apply MEDDPICC sales methodology.
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation in Salesforce and gather market/competitor insights.
Requirements
- Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken, are mandatory
- Proven success in enterprise new business development or hunting roles
- Strong understanding of complex enterprise sales cycles
- Excellent communication, discovery, and executive engagement skills
- High self-motivation, resilience, and ability to collaborate in a matrix organization
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and structured pipeline management
- Willingness to travel extensively for prospecting and customer engagement
- Legal authorization to work in Germany without sponsorship
