What you will do

• Manage the full sales cycle, including outreach, demos, and closing to acquire new clients and upsell existing ones.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs and targets.
• Develop and present professional proposals and negotiate contracts to balance client value with company profit.
• Maintain accurate business development records within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the Product Team by providing client feedback to improve product offerings.
• Manage partnerships with local travel associations and attend industry events.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales.
• Fluent in German (C2 level required).
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Strong communication skills, confident phone presence, and active listening abilities.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and open to feedback and coaching.
