What you will do

• Coach, grow, and manage a team of senior client success managers responsible for their own books of business.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with C-suite executives, Reward Directors, and Wellbeing leaders.
• Manage the commercial relationship, renewals, and revenue growth of the overall enterprise portfolio in Germany.
• Collaborate with Client Sales, Partnerships, Operations, and Marketing teams to execute strategic client plans.
• Represent the company at key industry events and forums to showcase the vision of employee wellbeing.

Requirements

• Proven success in SaaS Account Management with Enterprise clients (500+ FTEs) in the German market.
• Experience managing and developing teams, specifically senior account managers.
• Expertise in navigating complex organizations and mapping decision-making processes.
• Ability to engage with C-suite executives across HR, finance, and business functions.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to recommend investment options.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Munich, Germany.
