What you will do

• Manage customer subscription and support renewals by engaging with customers and partners.
• Lead renewal contract negotiations to achieve on-time contract booking.
• Create renewal quotes and maintain accurate contract data in Salesforce CPQ.
• Leverage AI tools to draft, refine, and personalize renewal communications.
• Proactively identify and escalate renewal risks based on engagement signals and historical patterns.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal to close renewals.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Renewal Account Management or a closely related role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple renewals concurrently and prioritize timelines.
• Proficiency with CRM and quoting tools including Salesforce, CPQ, NetSuite, and Clari.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret contract terms and validate pricing.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in the US.
