What you will do

• Proactively call and engage clients to boost participation and rebate potential.
• Educate on program benefits, suppliers, rebates, and portal features.
• Guide purchasing decisions, identify upselling opportunities, and track metrics.
• Maintain CRM records, meet outreach targets, and share insights with teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2 years of related experience in client engagement
• Excellent phone and virtual communication skills
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to explain complex information simply
