TL;DR

Sales Executive (Business Central): Drive new account growth within verticals like Professional Services or Manufacturing + Distribution, leading outbound demand generation, sales processes, and contracting for Microsoft Dynamics and Azure solutions. Focus on strategic solution design, multi-channel prospecting, and achieving sales targets through relationship management and negotiations.

Location: Hybrid (3 days in office) in Tampa, FL or Fargo, ND, or Remote across the rest of the U.S. All North American new hires are onboarded in person at Tampa office (3-5 days).

What you will do

  • Craft and implement annual sales strategy for net new logos in mid-market verticals.
  • Lead full sales cycle from discovery to close to hit targets.
  • Partner with Delivery and Sales Engineering for optimized client solutions.
  • Conduct multi-channel outbound prospecting to engage prospects.
  • Deliver presentations to stakeholders and manage lengthy sales processes.
  • Inform go-to-market strategies by sharing market insights and best practices.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in new account acquisition, preferably SaaS/partner sales with $100K+ ACV deals to mid-market ($25M-$500M revenue) businesses.
  • Deep knowledge of ERP/CRM solutions, ideally Microsoft ecosystem, in Professional Services or Manufacturing + Distribution verticals.
  • Strategic planning and execution for revenue growth.
  • Persistent action orientation in prospecting and challenge resolution.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at all levels.
  • Up to 50% travel required.
