TL;DR

Client Solutions Specialist: Support revenue growth by responding to customer inquiries, preparing accurate quotes, and maintaining communication throughout the sales cycle with an accent on identifying needs and recommending testing services. Focus on managing high communication volumes, meeting 24-hour quoting deadlines, and building long-term customer relationships.

Onsite in Marietta, GA five days a week. U.S. Persons only (ITAR requirements).

What you will do

  • Engage customers via phone and email, scheduling Microsoft Teams meetings with customers and technical teams.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate ATS testing services.
  • Collect and verify information to produce accurate, customized quotes within 24-hour turnaround.
  • Maintain customer data in CRM and establish follow-up schedules for engagement.
  • Build long-term relationships to support repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams; assist inside sales with complex quotes.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years in inside sales support, sales processes, or customer quote preparation.
  • Strong verbal/written communication, rapport-building, and high-volume task management.
  • Ability to assess needs, recommend solutions, and maintain data accuracy.
  • Teamwork orientation and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Marietta, GA five days a week.
  • U.S. Person status (citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) due to ITAR.

  • Experience using CRM tools in sales processes.
