What you will do

• Drive full-cycle expansion sales to increase revenue within an existing customer book.
• Identify and create new revenue opportunities by mapping stakeholders and uncovering budgets.
• Recommend promotional products from a vast catalog to align with customer goals and brand image.
• Negotiate terms and close deals against major industry competitors.
• Collaborate with Vendor Management, Customer Success, and Supply Chain to ensure high-quality execution.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline tracking in the CRM.

Requirements

• 3+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience in branded merchandise, promotional products, or similar customized offerings.
• Proven track record of exceeding quotas and expanding revenue.
• Experience managing sales cycles involving timelines, logistics, and delivery considerations.
• Strong commercial instincts and ability to influence senior decision-makers.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, preferably Netsuite.
• Must be based in the U.S. Eastern Time Zone.
