TL;DR

Account Executive, Mid-Market (SaaS): Managing and closing net new and upsell revenue within the North American strategic territory with an accent on lead generation and pipeline management. Focus on conducting discovery calls, delivering high-level platform demos, and identifying growth opportunities within the mid-market segment.

Location: Hybrid (San Mateo, CA) — must work from the San Mateo office two days a week

Salary: Base $100,000 – $120,000, OTE $190,000 – $210,000

What you will do

  • Manage net new and upsell revenue within a Strategic Territory.
  • Generate and maintain an active pipeline of sales opportunities.
  • Qualify inbound leads and generate new outbound leads through proactive outreach.
  • Lead discovery calls, pricing discussions, and deliver high-level platform demonstrations.
  • Identify partner and marketing opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Evangelize the product to prospective and existing clients.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional software sales experience.
  • Demonstrated success in hitting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Must be based in the San Mateo area for hybrid office attendance.
  • Knowledge of regional account cultures, companies, and currency considerations.
  • Strong collaboration skills and a growth mindset.
  • Incredible attention to detail regarding customer follow-ups and opportunity tracking.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Martech, Customer Experience, Mobile SDKs, Javascript, or messaging products.
  • Fluency in additional languages.
