Salary: $102,400 - $143,400 USD

What you will do

• Manage and deepen relationships with existing advertising partners and agencies to drive year-over-year revenue growth.
• Develop upfront and joint business plans for top-tier retail clients.
• Establish and educate new clients on the hirify.global ads platform to expand the buyer base.
• Utilize internal and external data to create strategic pitch proposals and consultative advice for clients.
• Collaborate with Account Management and Ad Operations to exceed client marketing goals.
• Shape the ads product roadmap by aggregating and sharing client feedback with cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in person in Chicago or New York City.
• 5+ years of experience in digital media, including 1-3 years in sales.
• Proven experience managing relationships with C-level executives on marketing strategy.
• Experience owning partnerships with complex enterprise Retail organizations.
• Subject matter expertise in the social media landscape and native advertising.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
