What you will do

• Lead the Partner Success function, managing and developing a team of associates and operations specialists.
• Operate as a player-coach by managing a personal portfolio of dropship partner accounts while providing leadership.
• Develop and maintain tools, dashboards, and reporting systems to track core partner success KPIs and health metrics.
• Implement a robust partner service program, including a cadence of benefits and touchpoints to drive engagement.
• Collaborate with Tech, Production, Finance, and Operations to improve service KPIs and ensure partner needs are met.
• Own the overall retention and growth strategy for the partner success group, setting account-level targets.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in account management, customer success, or partner success.
• Proven track record of driving retention and account growth.
• Experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
• Must be based in New York, NY.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
