What you will do

• Define and maintain GTM operating rules, including account categorization, routing, and ownership assignment in Salesforce.
• Translate GTM leadership decisions into documented, implementable, and auditable system requirements.
• Establish and govern metric definitions, attribution rules, and reporting standards for the business.
• Lead cross-functional alignment on major GTM process changes, such as new business models or territory overhauls.
• Identify gaps in the GTM tooling stack and partner with Systems and Data teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Build and maintain governance infrastructure to ensure policies and frameworks are accessible to the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM strategy and operations.
• Deep Salesforce fluency, specifically in object relationships, workflows, and automation.
• Proven experience managing business rules and attribution frameworks in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience using BigQuery and Looker to validate and interrogate data underpinning business rules.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
• Fluency in English as a working language is required.
