What you will do

• Own GTM operating rules, including account categorization, routing, and ownership assignment across Salesforce.
• Translate GTM leadership policies into documented and auditable system requirements for Information Systems.
• Define and maintain metric definitions, attribution rules, and reporting standards for the business.
• Lead cross-functional alignment on major process changes, such as routing overhauls and territory changes.
• Identify tooling gaps and partner with Systems and Data teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Build and maintain a governance infrastructure of policies and process frameworks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a GTM strategy function.
• Fluency in Salesforce, specifically regarding object relationships, workflows, and automation.
• Proven experience owning business rules and attribution frameworks in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Ability to use BigQuery and Looker to validate and interrogate data underpinning business rules.
• Strong track record of collaborating with IS, Data, Marketing, and Sales leadership.
• English: Fluency required as a working language.
