What you will do

• Develop metrics and KPIs to monitor data governance compliance and program maturity.
• Define and implement data governance policies and standards to ensure data accuracy, security, and reliability.
• Manage metadata for data and AI/ML models using the Alation tool.
• Maintain data lineage, data dictionaries, and the data catalog for the analytics environment.
• Improve data quality through collaboration with stakeholders and implementing error detection and correction strategies.
• Oversee data retention and model risk management activities to mitigate legal and reputational risks.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of formal experience in Data Management, Data Governance, Risk, or Compliance.
• Experience with data management tools such as Alation, Informatica, or Collibra.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to articulate technical issues to non-technical audiences.
• Must be eligible to work for hirify.global Corp. in Canada in a Full Time Capacity.
