Location: Hybrid in Vancouver, Canada (Office attendance required Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday)

Compensation: $140,000 – $175,000 CAD (Total expected compensation)

What you will do

• Lead customer discovery sessions and technical product demonstrations for C-level and front-line representatives.
• Collaborate with product teams to translate prospect needs into actionable product improvements.
• Gather complex technical requirements and customize product solutions to address specific customer challenges.
• Maintain deep expertise in industry trends, competitor intelligence, and the digital economy space.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success to drive global growth and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, or business, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of related experience, preferably in a FinTech environment.
• Experience with ERP systems, Accounts Payable, or Digital Payments/Mass Pay.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships and engage with all levels of an organization, from C-Level to operational staff.
• Must be based in Vancouver, Canada to comply with the hybrid office schedule.

Nice to have

• Experience working with APIs.
• Proficiency in any coding or programming language.
