What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end AE onboarding experience, from curriculum design and materials management to measuring ramp effectiveness.
  • Develop and support ongoing learning programs and skill reinforcement to keep AEs productive as products evolve.
  • Maintain and organize AE-facing training materials, playbooks, and talk tracks.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales leadership, Marketing, Product, and Ops to align onboarding content with field needs.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of enablement tools including Attention, Outreach, Salesforce, and LMS platforms.
  • Communicate process changes and product launches clearly and timely to the AE team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience designing and owning onboarding or training programs specifically for sales or Account Executive teams.
  • 3+ years in sales enablement, revenue operations, L&D, or GTM support.
  • Strong program ownership skills with the ability to build structured programs from scratch.
  • Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Must live in Denver, CO or Chicago, IL.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with curriculum design, adult learning principles, or ramp measurement.
  • Experience with Gong, Attention, Outreach, Salesforce, Articulate, or LMS platforms.
