• Manage a pipeline of up to 20 active transactions to ensure lead conversion.

• Exceed daily and weekly targets to maximize uncapped commission earnings.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recent inside sales experience, preferably in outbound call centers.
• Proven track record of success in commission-heavy sales roles.
• Ability to navigate Salesforce or similar CRM systems efficiently.
• Must be based in Arizona, Texas, or Florida.
• Ability to work an 8-hour shift including one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).
