Salary: $213,000 - $315,000 OTE per year

What you will do
- Own and grow a portfolio of payments partnerships to expand business value and accelerate revenue.
- Develop and execute tailored go-to-market strategies and cross-functional execution plans.
- Negotiate partnership amendments and renewals to support evolving business objectives.
- Build trusted relationships within partner organizations, from working teams to mid-level leaders.
- Monitor and optimize partnership performance using data-driven insights and KPIs.
- Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to enhance strategic partner roadmaps and campaigns.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or growth-focused roles.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable growth through partnership expansion in high-growth tech or fintech.
- Strong commercial instincts and ability to drive deals from ideation to execution.
- Expertise in GTM strategy development and cross-functional execution.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Must have valid US work authorization; visa sponsorship is not available.

- Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or financial services.
- Prior experience working with or within high-impact partner ecosystems.
