VP Finance & Operations (Medtech)

What you will do

• Build and maintain the financial operating model.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, runway management, board and investor reporting, monthly close oversight, KPI dashboards, and unit economics.
• Establish weekly executive rhythms, cross-functional KPI reviews, and accountability mechanisms.
• Partner with Commercial, Product, Regulatory/Quality, and Supply Chain functions to scale operating systems.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement processes and tools.
• Lead key vendor and partner relationships and negotiate major commercial and operational agreements.

Requirements

• Experience leading and operating a team and technology within a startup or company department.
• Direct experience in medtech.
• Hands-on experience with financial tooling and data, including models, dashboards, CRM, ERP, and reporting.
• Must be based in New York, NY.
