What you will do

• Build and maintain a best-in-class financial operating model.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, runway, and board/investor reporting.
• Establish the operating cadence, including weekly exec rhythms and KPI reviews.
• Partner with Commercial, Product, and Regulatory teams to scale growth systems.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement necessary processes and tools.
• Manage key vendor relationships and negotiate commercial agreements.

Requirements

• Experience leading a team and technology within a startup or corporate department.
• Direct experience in medtech is required.
• Hands-on comfort with financial tooling and data, including models, dashboards, CRM, and ERP.
• Must be based in New York, NY.
