Sr Director FP&A

Location: Fully remote within the United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska; candidates in the Eastern or Central time zones are preferred. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship and contractor or Employer of Record arrangements are not available.

Annual base salary: $180,000–$230,000 USD

What you will do

• Oversee annual and long-term planning, quarterly forecasting, monthly close, and management reporting.
• Develop financial models and analyze company performance, operating results, KPIs, and financial impacts of business decisions.
• Prepare executive reports and presentations for the CFO, Finance Leadership Team, C-level leaders, and Board of Directors.
• Partner with business leaders and senior stakeholders to develop strategies and recommendations supporting financial goals.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation across reporting, planning, analysis, and FP&A processes.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience with increasing responsibility across Finance and/or FP&A.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a quantitative field.
• Experience managing financial forecasts, business partnering, predictive modeling, and analytics.
• Experience with ERP and FP&A planning tools.
• Strong financial modeling, accounting process, reporting, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite and OneStream.
• Background in corporate leadership development programs or investment banking.
