Corporate Fundraising Executive (Fundraising/Sales): Building and managing corporate partnerships across Glasgow, Ayrshire, and Dumfries & Galloway to generate income for Cash for Kids with an accent on new business generation and partnership stewardship. Focus on creating compelling proposals, delivering high-impact fundraising campaigns, and achieving financial KPIs.

Location: Hybrid (Glasgow, UK) - balance of working from home, office, and in the field.

What you will do

• Develop and manage a growing portfolio of corporate partners across the West of Scotland.
• Research and secure new business opportunities with companies aligned to the charity's mission.
• Create compelling partnership proposals, pitches, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Plan and deliver corporate fundraising campaigns, events, and staff engagement activities.
• Represent the brand at meetings, networking events, and flagship campaigns like Mission Christmas.
• Track income and report on KPIs using the RENXT fundraising database.

Requirements

• Experience in fundraising, sales, business development, or account management.
• Must hold a full, clean UK driving licence.
• Ability to work across Glasgow, Ayrshire, and Dumfries & Galloway.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating pitches and proposals.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required.

Nice to have

• Experience in charity or Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
• Knowledge of fundraising regulations.
