Business Development Manager (Commercial Roofing)

What you will do

• Prospect, qualify, and build a sales pipeline for the commercial roofing portfolio.
• Grow OEM and distributor accounts and execute new product launches.
• Lead proposals, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
• Perform market research on leads and competitors to drive growth.
• Collaborate with regional sales and technical teams across EIMEA.
• Travel 30–50% across the EIMEA region and occasionally to the US.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
• Proven experience within the roofing market.
• Experience managing complex, multi-site accounts.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Valid work authorization in the hiring country.
• Willingness to travel 30–50% of the time.

Nice to have

• Background in adhesives or construction materials.
• OEM/distribution experience in building products.
• Proficiency in additional European languages.
• Proven revenue growth in matrixed environments.
