TL;DR

Senior Sales Manager (SaaS): Leading end-to-end sales cycles to acquire new enterprise logos and expand existing accounts with an accent on value-driven ROI and strategic account growth. Focus on navigating multi-stakeholder buying decisions, utilizing the MEDDPICC framework, and building the Strategic Sales function.

Location: Hybrid (London, UK) - Requirement to attend the office at least once a week.

What you will do

  • Lead the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to closing and expanding enterprise-level deals.
  • Develop and present clear business cases highlighting ROI to ensure value is prioritized by stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing to design and execute tailored ABX campaigns for high-value accounts.
  • Manage and forecast pipeline accuracy using the MEDDPICC qualification framework.
  • Build trust-based relationships with C-suite executives, including CMOs, SVPs, and VPs.
  • Act as the voice of the market by sharing feedback to inform product enhancements and GTM strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven B2B SaaS sales experience with a focus on value-driven cycles.
  • Track record of closing five and six-figure enterprise deals.
  • Expertise in consultative selling and influencing multi-stakeholder buying decisions.
  • Ability to operate with autonomy and ownership in a high-growth, early-stage environment.
  • Must be based in or be able to work from the London office (Hybrid model).

Nice to have

  • Experience specifically within the enterprise MarTech or SalesTech sectors.
