What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 2–4 Product Managers, ensuring high standards of product craft and execution.
- Define the overall vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Data Platform, covering ingestion, identity matching, and data activation.
- Personally drive product strategy and execution for one or more engineering teams within the data domain.
- Conduct deep product discovery through customer interviews, data analysis, and technical deep-dives with architects.
- Represent the Data Platform as a cross-functional partner to engineering leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Champion system-level thinking regarding scalability, reliability, and low-latency performance of event-driven systems.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of total industry experience, with 5–7 years in B2B Product Management (SaaS, data platforms, or infrastructure).
- 1–2+ years of experience in people management, specifically mentoring and growing other PMs.
- Strong technical background in event streaming, real-time processing, distributed systems, and APIs.
- Proven experience owning complex backend or platform-level products with both internal and customer-facing dimensions.
- Expertise in Product Discovery, turning ambiguous technical problems into validated product directions.
- Ability to lead cross-functionally and align diverse stakeholders without direct authority.
