What you will do

• Hire, mentor, and deploy Product Managers across strategic accounts, including Fortune 100 and government entities.
• Identify patterns in custom deployments to transition bespoke solutions into core product strategy.
• Partner with Sales/GTM leadership to align the product roadmap with market demand.
• Provide strategic and technical oversight to resolve blockers in high-priority "red zone" deployments.
• Champion the voice of the field within internal Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product leadership experience.
• 4+ years of experience managing Product Management teams.
• Experience in forward-deployed models or top-tier technical consulting/implementation.
• Technical proficiency with APIs, data pipelines, and SQL.
• Deep understanding of how data quality impacts AI model performance.
• Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes from engineers to C-suite.
