What you will do
- Own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for the Reviews product line.
- Lead, hire, and mentor a team of senior product managers to foster a culture of ownership and innovation.
- Partner with executive leadership and Engineering to ensure technical excellence and scalability.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive GTM strategy and product adoption.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify high-impact opportunities and prioritize the roadmap.
- Define and monitor key product metrics to measure impact and drive organizational accountability.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Product Management experience, including 2+ years in a VP or senior Director leadership role.
- Proven success leading product strategy for scaled B2B SaaS or eCommerce platforms.
- Experience managing both UX-intensive consumer products and complex technical integrations.
- Fluency in both Hebrew and English (written and verbal) is required.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite and board-level audiences.
- Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Tel Aviv.
Nice to have
- Experience in the eCommerce, martech, or consumer trust/reviews domains.
- Technical background in Engineering, SRE, or a related technical field.
