Location: Onsite in Seattle, Washington, United States (5 days a week)

Salary: $211,000–$240,000

What you will do

• Own the product strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for the Navigator AI platform, including conversational interfaces and workflow agents.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of product managers, defining role expectations and fostering a data-driven culture.
• Partner with Engineering, AI/ML, Design, and Data teams to deliver complex, cross-functional roadmaps with speed and quality.
• Define success metrics for engagement and retention, utilizing performance dashboards to validate product impact.
• Act as a subject matter expert on agentic AI product strategy, communicating the vision to internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with Commercial and Customer Success leadership to align priorities and manage trade-offs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of PM experience in SaaS, enterprise, or cloud-based solutions.
• 4+ years of experience managing or mentoring other product managers.
• Proven track record of delivering AI/ML or conversational AI products in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Deep understanding of agentic AI architectures, including LLM orchestration, RAG, and multi-agent patterns.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Experience or passion for private capital markets (VC, PE, M&A).
• Proficiency with data tools like Mixpanel, Snowflake, or equivalent.
• Experience influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights.
