Product Manager (AI)

TL;DR

Product Manager (AI): Transforming high-level product initiatives into practical user-centered solutions for the content editor module with an accent on AI-first experiences, personalization, and customer journeys. Focus on driving editor evolution towards adaptive AI experiences, prioritizing roadmaps, and steering self-organizing teams using data insights and AI tools.

Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam (2–3 days per week in the office). Commuting covered. Work from abroad up to 3 weeks, 2 times per year.

What you will do

• Take customer-driven approach to gather insights and create high-impact module plans.
• Translate company strategy and AI vision into product direction, priorities, and actionable plans.
• Drive evolution of the editor to AI-first experience, balancing innovation, usability, and scalability.
• Explore new content creation methods including adaptive and conversational experiences.
• Manage shape cycles, team refinements, and sprints for clarity and high-quality output.
• Steer high-performing team, improve velocity with AI, and act as domain expert for the module.

Requirements

• Fluent in written and spoken English (Dutch is a plus).
• 3+ years experience with agile product management.
• Proven track record in B2B SaaS or similar industries.
• Experience in fast-paced agile environments (Shape Up adaptation used).
• Demonstrated use of AI tools for productivity (analysis, documentation, discovery).
• Strong interest in AI impact on product development; experience with AI-driven products a plus.
