What you will do

• Drive end-to-end product delivery for key initiatives, aligning customer needs with technical execution and business objectives.
• Translate complex domain requirements into clear user stories, epics, and sprint-ready backlog items.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize work and manage trade-offs during sprint planning.
• Partner with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, user-centered product experiences aligned with end-user workflows.
• Define and track product performance metrics such as usage and adoption to inform roadmap decisions.
• Gather insights from sales, marketing, and customers to ensure product-market alignment.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada.
• 6+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in B2B SaaS environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies and sprint-based development environments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear, actionable engineering deliverables.
• Experience utilizing AI tools to support product discovery and requirements definition.
