A product-driven startup building an enterprise-grade all-in-one cannabis retail platform combining POS, eCommerce, and analytics.

What you will do

  • Own a product stream end-to-end, from discovery and hypothesis validation to release and iteration.
  • Define and maintain a prioritized product roadmap aligned with the overall company strategy.
  • Run product discovery and prototype ideas using LLM tools like Claude and ChatGPT to turn problems into testable concepts.
  • Conduct market and customer research to generate actionable insights that guide development priorities.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, sales, and leadership to align product work with business goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product roles such as PO, PM, Business Analyst, or Project Manager.
  • Proven ownership of outcomes in the development of web and/or mobile products.
  • Strong technical fluency to communicate system constraints and make build-vs-buy decisions with engineers.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, specifically Kanban and Scrum.
  • English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required.
  • Location: Must be able to align with core team hours (09:00-15:00 GMT).

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into a product workflow.
  • Professional background in retail, POS, or compliance-heavy product domains.
