Location: London (Hybrid, at least two days per week or 40% of time in office)

What you will do

• Convene senior leaders across government, investors, developers and partners to build place strategies and local action plans.
• Create scalable investment vehicles and public-private joint ventures to unlock sites and mobilise capital.
• Originate and structure Real Assets transactions delivering place-based impact and commercial returns.
• Blend public and private capital to bridge viability gaps and secure risk-adjusted returns.
• Contribute to Social Housing Initiative and embed sustainability and impact monitoring in transactions.
• Steer governance, risk processes and pipeline reporting aligned with credit appetite.

Requirements

• Proven origination and senior multi-party partner engagement (5+ years)
• Strong background in corporate/structured finance, real estate development and economic infrastructure (5+ years)
• Experience blending public/private capital and working with regional authorities/public-finance institutions.
• Understanding of place-based investment, sustainable finance and impact-linked structuring.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and commercial analysis skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of regeneration, industrial clusters and university-anchored innovation ecosystems.
• Professional qualifications (ACIB, ACT, CFA, CIMA, ACCA, MBA).
