Compensation: US $94,000–$110,000; UK £58,736–£68,526

What you will do
- Own annual planning cycle: translate strategy into OKRs with portfolio leads.
- Design data collection, indicators, and AI-leveraged reporting for leadership visibility.
- Synthesize progress reports highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Build and maintain knowledge management architecture with automation for discoverability.
- Plan and facilitate departmental meetings and cross-team knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate people operations: performance reviews, promotions, Pulse survey, recruitment support.
Requirements
- 6–8 years in strategic planning, operations, or similar in complex global organizations, ideally humanitarian/research.
- Experience designing/improving systems like OKRs, knowledge management, reporting dashboards.
- Strong OKR/performance framework facilitation with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven meeting/workshop facilitation for alignment and action.
- Technical skills in productivity tools (Microsoft 365, Power Automate, Excel scripting) and AI workflows.
- Excellent organization, multitasking, and cross-cultural communication.
