What you will do

• Design and execute an automation roadmap to increase scalability and operational efficiency.
• Build and govern automation workflows, scripts, and repositories to support quality and repeatability.
• Develop and maintain reporting and data visualization frameworks for operational performance.
• Deliver pilot workflows and service models that can scale into repeatable delivery solutions.
• Optimize workflows across setup, pre-processing, and post-processing activities.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing Enablement team focused on innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Advanced experience in process automation design, implementation, and governance.
• Proven track record in workflow mapping and delivering measurable operational improvements.
• Expertise in building reporting and data visualization frameworks for operational performance.
• Working knowledge of tooling integration across JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, and automation platforms.
• Experience implementing structured change management initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
• Must be based in the United States.
