Location: Must be resident of WA, CA, VA, NC, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, or SC. WA residents within driving distance of Tukwila requested in HQ on Tuesdays & Wednesdays (hybrid); remote otherwise.

Salary: $128,900–$157,500

What you will do

• Lead complex, large-scale cross-functional programs ensuring alignment, momentum, and delivery across business and technology teams.
• Drive technology platform enhancements and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
• Engage executive stakeholders with tailored updates on progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Shape strategic direction by prioritizing high-impact initiatives.
• Optimize processes through metrics, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to enhance experiences.
• Champion change management for adoption of new processes and systems.
• Ensure compliance, governance, and effective vendor management.

Requirements

• Must be resident of WA, CA, VA, NC, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, or SC; moderate travel including out-of-area trips.
• B.A./B.S. in business or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years managing project teams with proven outcomes.
• Excellent project management, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Appropriate licensing obtained in first year.
