What you will do

• Take full ownership of the month-end close process to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Prepare and review monthly management accounts in accordance with group reporting requirements.
• Ensure strict compliance with UK accounting standards (FRS 102/IFRS) and group policies.
• Coordinate the preparation of statutory accounts and manage the external audit process.
• Maintain balance sheet integrity through rigorous monthly reconciliations and reviews.
• Lead, develop, and manage the performance of the internal finance team.

Requirements

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge with a proven track record of applying standards.
• Advanced skills in Excel and financial systems, specifically PowerBI.
• Practical experience working with Macros, VBA, and SQL.
• Ability to thrive and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
