What you will do

• Manage the tax advisor network and information flow for subsidiaries in the UK, US, Germany, UAE, Japan, Hong Kong, China, Korea, and Portugal.
• Prepare UK tax computations, quarterly installments, and R&D tax relief claims.
• Oversee US state and federal taxes, including sales tax processing requirements.
• Maintain transfer pricing documentation and review recharge policies and processes.
• Prepare monthly corporation and deferred tax accruals in accordance with GAAP.
• Lead responses to tax investigations and ensure VAT and Sales/Use tax returns are submitted accurately and on time.

Requirements

• Advanced tax qualification is essential.
• Experience in a tax advisory function or a tax department within an international business.
• Professional experience dealing directly with tax authorities.
• International exposure to both direct and indirect tax (Corp tax, payroll taxes, VAT, sales tax).
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Must be based in or able to work from the London office.
