Location: Hub-based in Bristol, Glasgow or London; required to visit office once or twice per month, otherwise work from home flexibility. No sponsorship available.
Salary: £45,000–£56,000 + 15% bonus + 9% flex pay.

What you will do
- Manage AP team, conduct 1:1s, training, and objective setting for performance optimization.
- Ensure tax compliance, invoice accuracy, and documentation in processing and payments.
- Collaborate with Treasury, Procurement, and Finance on cash flow, audits, and supplier payments.
- Report AP/AR KPIs, investigate variances, and drive cost efficiencies like price per invoice.
- Assess and implement Workday features for P2P improvements and integration testing.
- Act as process/system expert for S2P development, controls, and continuous enhancements.
Requirements
- Expert knowledge in Accounts Payable, transactional finance, and Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and stakeholder management with senior leaders.
- Experience in ticket management, process automation, KPI reporting, and data analytics.
- Proven leadership, coaching, and ability to drive change in fast-paced environments.
- Experience with Workday or similar ERP systems (advantageous).
- Accountancy qualification (AAT, ACCA, CIMA) or working towards one (desirable).
