• Manage the full financial reporting process and ensure timely month-end close.
• Oversee cashflow management and conduct variance analysis to report on trends.
• Produce statutory accounts and lead the organization's compliance efforts.
• Drive the development and improvement of financial processes, controls, and systems.
• Lead and manage the internal finance team.
• Report on KPIs to support business decision-making.

Requirements

• Professional qualification: ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
• Strong technical accounting background.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Proven experience in staff management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
