What you will do

• Plan and execute in-app campaigns, promotions, and weekly marketing moments to drive engagement and sales.
• Optimize the digital store by analyzing customer behavior and enhancing product availability.
• Collaborate with category managers, designers, copywriters, and tech teams to improve the app experience.
• Leverage data-driven insights and dashboards to fine-tune pricing and commercial activities.
• Manage cross-functional projects spanning marketing, customer experience, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• MSc in Business Administration, Economics, Analytics, Communication, or a related field.
• Up to 4 years of experience in a commercial or analytical role within FMCG or retail.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and data dashboards.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across multiple stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Dutch, German, or French.
