Salary: €85,000 - €94,000 a year

hirify.global is a Munich-based platform for car subscriptions from over 30 brands, handling insurance, financing, registration, taxes, maintenance, and carbon footprint offsetting.

What you will do

• Run a high-velocity experimentation engine with A/B testing as core rhythm, building hypotheses, shipping experiments, and acting on results.
• Drive personalization and discovery through smarter search, filtering, relevance ranking, and segment-aware journeys.
• Investigate customer perspective using quantitative analytics and qualitative insights to prioritize product topics.
• Own the product vision and roadmap for the Shopping product, aligning with broader growth goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, marketing, brand, and pricing teams to enable alignment and delivery.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in product management with track record in customer-facing growth or e-commerce products at scale.
• Strong track record of running A/B tests and excelling in feedback loop execution.
• Sharp analytical skills with tools like Amplitude or Looker, ability to pull data and pressure-test analysis.
• Experience in agile, high-growth environment, preferably e-commerce or marketplace.
• Outstanding communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in Munich office or remotely within EU/EMEA (+/- 3 hours German TZ).
