Product Manager (Business Analytics)

What you will do

• Own and evolve the product roadmap aligned with business strategy and customer needs.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, prioritizing features to maximize business impact.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to define requirements and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Validate ideas through engagement with customers and sales teams.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic product decisions.
• Define and track key product metrics to drive data-driven improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in product management across the product lifecycle.
• Strong skills in market research, customer needs analysis, and competitive analysis.
• Experience with product management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Fluent English proficiency required; German or Polish is a bonus.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Warsaw office on a hybrid basis.
