What you will do

• Drive the business plan for Brand Partnerships across all markets to scale engagement.
• Perform market sizing, revenue analysis, and pricing strategies to identify high-impact opportunities.
• Optimize revenue and cost structures for sponsorships and media buy partnerships.
• Structure strategic, insight-driven proposals for custom event activations.
• Implement new growth strategies and establish key business metrics to track performance.
• Create scalable processes to accelerate partnership growth and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Degree in STEM (Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Analytics).
• 5+ years of experience in analytical and business strategy roles.
• Strong quantitative skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• English proficiency is a must.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Madrid office (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience in brand partnerships, sponsorships, or commercial strategy.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or SQL.
