Senior Product Manager (Brand Experiences): Building compelling, scalable brand-led experiences that enable customers to discover, engage with, and form relationships with hundreds of brands across Fashion, Sportswear, and Face + Body with an accent on brand discovery, storefronts, loyalty mechanics, and internal tooling. Focus on defining product vision and roadmap, translating customer insights into intuitive high-impact experiences, and leading cross-functional squads for commercial and operational scalability.
Location: Hybrid - required to be in the office (London HQ or Leavesden) at least three days per week

What you will do
- Define and own the product vision and roadmap for brand experiences including customer-facing pages, shop-within-shop, and loyalty features like brand following.
- Translate customer insights, behavioural signals, and UX into intuitive, high-impact brand discovery and browsing experiences balancing inspiration, storytelling, and commerce.
- Lead development of internal tools and workflows for onboarding, managing, and scaling brand content and assets.
- Coordinate complex initiatives across Product, Design, Engineering, Commercial, and Brand stakeholders with strong prioritisation.
- Champion high-quality UX ensuring brand experiences are distinctive, coherent, on-brand, easy to use, and maintainable.
Requirements
- Proven experience as Product Manager in e-commerce, fashion, or consumer-facing platforms.
- Strong track record launching 0-1 mobile-first products.
- Constantly pushing UI boundaries with knowledge of industry trends and OS capabilities.
- Comfortable in agile, full-stack, cross-functional teams delivering at pace.
- Data-driven with analytical skills using tools like Power BI, Mixpanel, UserTesting.com, Optimizely.
- Pragmatic strategic thinker creating clarity in ambiguity and managing senior stakeholders.
