What you will do

• Plan and deliver program performance metrics, including brand lift and ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Data & Analytics and Sales.
• Work directly with clients to determine success determinants and provide strategic recommendations.
• Translate data findings into actionable insights to drive business performance and decision-making.
• Present complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders via reports and visualizations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance the team's analytical capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 6+ years of experience in data-driven roles.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Ability to interpret statistical methods to identify patterns, trends, and correlations.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience or willingness to manage employees at various career levels.
